Hot-Honey Salmon

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

1 side (1½ lbs.) salmon, skin on

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ teaspoon ground mustard

¼ cup Trader Joe’s Spicy Honey Sauce (see note)

2 tablespoons finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, spicy honey sauce, and 2 tablespoons chives. Spoon all over the salmon, spreading evenly.

Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Move to the lowest rack, set oven to broil, and broil for 6 minutes.

Immediately after removing from the oven, brush the glaze at the bottom of the pan back over the salmon. Garnish with additional chives.

Tip: To make your own hot honey, simply combine ¼ cup honey with 2 teaspoons hot sauce of your choice. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
