This smoothie is so easy to make—no peeling or chopping required—and super refreshing. For additional pizazz serve topped with granola.

1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
2 cups fresh or frozen berries, such as blueberries, strawberries (quartered if fresh), or other berries
½ cup crushed ice
2 cups plain yogurt
¼ cup honey

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 2 servings
