Is New York State Attorney General Letitia James conducting a witch hunt intended to sink the Trump family at all costs, or is she uncovering massive acts of fraud by the former president, his children and his company?
That question got just a bit clearer this past week, as her office asked a judge to compel the president, his oldest son and oldest daughter to testify about their business dealings. In the court filing, the attorney general laid out a series of fraudulent statements that the Trump Organization allegedly made, suggesting that the Trumps may have cheated banks and insurers and lied to the IRS.
