I like my chicken wings only two ways—grilled or fried. This is one of my favorite recipes. The baking powder gives the skin a crunchy texture, and the sauce is not your typical BBQ sauce. It seeps into the chicken and gives it a richness and burst of tanginess. They sure know how to BBQ down in Alabama! —Sara
