Power Smoothie

Serves: 1


1 cup frozen dark cherries

5 oz. nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

Small handful of spinach leaves

½ cup nonfat organic milk or organic
vanilla soy or almond milk

1 tablespoon oat bran
or flaxseeds

In a blender, combine cherries, yogurt, spinach, milk, and oat bran until completely smooth.
