no-bake date-nut balls

Yield: 15

1 lb. pitted Medjool dates,
finely chopped,
or 1 (8-oz.) container date spread
½ cup tahini paste
¼ cup honey
¾ cup finely chopped almonds
1 cup finely chopped hazelnuts,
for coating


In a large bowl, mix chopped dates or date spread, tahini,
and honey. Stir in almonds.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll mixture into balls
and coat in chopped hazelnuts.
Store in the freezer.
