Pulled-Beef Taco

5 pieces of minute steak
2 cans Dr. Pepper (you can use diet but I love the real version)
1 onion, diced
¼ cup tomato sauce
Garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste

Place the steak in a Crock-Pot or Instant Pot with all the ingredients. Mix and then set in pressure cooker for 45 minutes or slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high.

Bean-Tomato Salad:
1 small red onion, diced
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 can black beans, drainedmand rinsed
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Mix everything together and let the salad marinate for at least 30 minutes.
