Mixed-Berry Acai Bowl
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 packet frozen acai purée (such as Sambazon)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tablespoons agave nectar
(or another liquid sweetener)
Optional toppings: strawberries, blueberries, cherries and hemp seeds

1. Run acai purée packet under cold water for less than a minute.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and evenly combined. Pour or spoon into bowl, and add toppings.
(Serves 1)

Tropical Acai Bowl
1 packet frozen acai purée (such as Sambazon)
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or another liquid sweetener)
Optional toppings: cubed mango, toasted coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and bee pollen

1. Run acai purée packet under cold water for less than a minute.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and evenly combined. Pour or spoon into bowl, and add toppings.
(Serves 1)

Classic Acai Power Bowl
2 frozen acai purée packets (such as Sambazon)
2 frozen bananas
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener of choice (optional)

Since this is a classic acai bowl, go all out with the toppings to keep it super-filling and delicious. Optional toppings include natural peanut butter, granola, sliced banana and chia seeds.

1. Run acai purée packets under cold water for less than a minute.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and evenly combined. Pour or spoon into bowl, and add toppings.
(Serves 1)

• Acai purée can be found in the freezer section in grocery stores like ShopRite, Whole Foods and Fairway.
• Agave is a natural liquid sweetener and can be purchased in any grocery store, usually near the honey. It can be substituted with any liquid sweetener.
