Thin is in, and by thin we mean a homemade thin-crust everything dough. Quick and easy to make using six ingredients you may already have on hand, all you have to do is roll into desired shapes and add your favorite toppings—for four different decadent dishes.

2 tablespoons yeast
¾ cup sugar
10 ⅔ cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
¾ cup oil
1 egg

Place 3½ cups warm water, sugar and yeast in the bowl of an electric mixer. Let sit for about 5 minutes, until yeast begins to bubble. Add flour, salt, oil and egg, and mix on high speed until smooth. Place dough in a large bowl and let rise for 45 minutes.

Focaccia with Rosemary and Olives
Roll dough into a large rectangle about ½-inch thick. Brush dough with olive oil, then top with chopped fresh rosemary and sliced olives. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Optional: Top with feta cheese.
