Wiild salmon contains essential fatty acids that help to reduce puffiness dramatically, increase radiance and add firmness to the skin. This delicious, quick, easy salmon topped with homemade pesto is the perfect meal for a perfectly nourishing day.

Pesto
2 cups fresh basil
½ cup pecans, toasted
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup olive oil

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

1. To prepare the pesto, add basil,
pecans, garlic, salt, and pepper to
food processor. With the food processor running, slowly add the
olive oil until well-blended. Set aside.
2. To make the salmon, heat the
stovetop grill and brush with olive
oil. Rub the salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill on each side for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Remove, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes. Spread pesto on each salmon fillet and serve warm.
