⅔ cup hot water
1 lemon ginger tea bag
⅓ cup unfiltered apple juice, at room temperature
⅓ cup unsweetened cranberry juice (if using sweetened, omit honey), at room temperature
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ to ½ teaspoon honey, to taste
2 strawberries, 1 sliced and 1 cut to fit on the glass
1 honey spoon, for garnish

  1. Bring water to a boil. Allow tea to steep for 2 minutes or longer, depending on desired strength.
  2. Add apple juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, honey, and strawberry slices. Garnish with a strawberry and honey spoon.
