3 packages Baker’s Choice Canoli Shells

1½ pounds cream cheese (any type), softened
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

2 ounces chocolate buttons, melted
¼ cup Baker’s Choice Colored Sprinkles

Kids: In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and heavy cream.
Mom: Beat mixture for 2 minutes, until combined.
Kids: Add sugar and vanilla.
Mom: Add mixture to piping bags.
Kids: Dip the ends of the cannoli shells into melted chocolate, then immediately dip into sprinkles. Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Kids or Mom: Pipe filling into cannoli shells once chocolate is set. Freeze

Yield: 48 cannolis
