1¾ cups plain seltzer
¾ cup apple juice concentrate
3 cups grape juice
2 lemons, sliced
2 limes, sliced
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 orange, sliced
1 Gala apple, sliced

  1. In a separate bowl, pitcher, or measuring cup, combine apple juice concentrate and grape juice.
  2. In your serving pitcher, add all sliced fruit. Pour juice over fruit. Chill well to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Add seltzer right before serving.

Yield: 1 large pitcher

Sangria is traditionally served with red wine. It’s a delicious spiked  fruit punch. Serve this as a special drink at Yom Tov meals. The fruit happens to be really delicious to eat after you drink up all the liquid.
