Peanut Butter Razzle Milkshake

By Zehava Krohn

I was making milkshakes for my kids one day and decided to get a little creative, and our new combination was a winner. If there are any peanut allergies in your family, leave the peanuts out and let everyone enjoy the ice cream and crunch.

1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11/2 cups vanilla ice cream
11/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Rice Krispies

For garnish
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

  1. In a blender, combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, ice cream, and milk. Select milkshake mode and blend for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Slowly add Rice Krispies and pulse 2 to 3 times. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.

Yield: 3 to 4 medium milkshakes
